The Cravenspeed gear knob for the MINI Generation 2 and Generation 3 cars feels smooth to hold and its added weight (310 g) allows for easier and smoother gear changes. It is made from a stainless steel internal with a smooth polymer external coating. This ensures the shifter knob is never too hot or too cold. 
The top cap is powder coated aluminium and laser etched.
